Jr High Track Meet & BBQ Lunch - Thursday, May 5

On Thursday, May 5, 2022, all Junior High students will be participating in the Lakeland Ridge Track Meet at Strathcona Athletic Park. Field trip permission forms went home today with our Junior High students. If you are able to volunteer, please complete the volunteer section of the permission form.

In addition, we are hosting an optional BBQ lunch at our track meet! All food must be pre-ordered - we are unable to accept orders at the event. If you are interested in ordering a BBQ hot lunch for your child, please sign into the ParentPortal, select your Jr High student fees, and then select and complete the Jr High BBQ form.

The BBQ order form will be available on ParentPortal from Friday, April 22 until Monday, May 2 at noon. No late orders will be accepted. We are unable to meet any individual dietary preferences. If you are planning to volunteer, the school will cover the cost of your lunch. Please write on the volunteer section of the permission form your choice of cheeseburger combo or hamburger combo. In the event students are absent from the track meet, no refunds for food orders will be issued and no alternate arrangements for BBQ food pick-up will be accommodated.
