Good afternoon Lakeland Ridge Families,
Parent Technology Survey Information:
As we begin to deliver instruction through the online Google Classroom platform on April 6, 2020, we are asking all parents to complete a school-based technology survey to help us better plan for technology access and needs of LLR families.
In order to understand the needs of all students, we are asking parents to complete the survey for each child at LLR. We are mindful of your time and have made the survey as concise as possible.
LLR Virtual Learning Survey - https://forms.gle/kuuFmqi8VvNAU4ZPA
We are asking all families to complete this survey by Wednesday, March 25 by 12:00pm. This will allow us time to coordinate with families prior to instruction starting on April 6.
As always, if you have any questions or concerns regarding the survey, please contact the school at (780) 416-9018.
Google Classroom Information:
As we get closer to instruction starting on April 6, we want to ensure that all students can enter their specific Google Classrooms.
For students who are not already in their teacher’s Google Classroom, by the end of day Tuesday, students will be invited to join a Google Classroom. To join, simply:
- Have students go to the Google homepage and log in to their Google accounts (this is the same login and password they have been using for years)
- Once logged in, click on the nine dots in the top right corner
- Click on classroom
- Students will see their classroom, click join
We would like all students to have joined by Thursday, March 26th if possible.
If your child forgets their login information or is having difficulties logging in, please contact your child’s teacher for support.
Once students have joined the class, guardians will be invited to join as well via email. This is so that both you and your children have access to the classroom and are kept in the loop as to what is being assigned or shared.
